electronic voting, the constitutionality or otherwise of the smart card reader, the in-applicability or otherwise of manual accreditation which in themselves threw up the issues of overvoting, conclusiveness or otherwise of the data base returns and of course the issue of disenfranchisement and the burden of proof thereof.....when I was in the law school, I learnt that predictability and universal application were two essential attributes of the law. So I can therefore I assure you that the Supreme Court of Nigeria, as an apex court, will never shy away from the solemn and sacred responsibility of invoking the age long doctrine of judicial precedent (stare decisis), to settle the confusion which the two lower courts inexplicably precipitated throughout the election petitions in recent times. So let's stay on the side of the law for the sake of all.I congratulate the learned
Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria for living above board and for preserving the sanctity of the bench which serves as the bulwark against political tyranny.Barrister Emmanuel Enoidem - Akwa Ibom State
